Anne Curtis To Star In MMFF 2019 Film With Vice Ganda



Christmas is still a long way from now but showbiz fans are being treated to an early gift from Anne Curtis and Vice GandaIt’s Showtime‘s dynamic duo confirmed that they will be starring in a Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry together this year. RELATED: Anne Curtis Tells GMA to Give More Roles To Her Sister Jasmine In an interview with ABS-CBN Entertainment during the 67th FAMAS Awards last Sunday, Anne expressed her excitement to be part of an MMFF entry with Vice Ganda, “Alam mo, perfect timing nga kasi it’s the 10th year anniversary of Showtime so [it’s the] perfect way to celebrate [our] friendship.”

This will be the first time that Vice and Anne will be starring in a movie together. The two actors have starred in MMFF movies in the past years and even went head-to-head with each other with Aurora and Fantastica respectively. “Alam mo kinakabahan nga ako kasi if you look at the films that I did last year, ‘di ba? I did a lot of serious films so it’s going to be a different genre for me, full of comedy. So kinakabahan po ako, but I know naman that I’ll be safe in the hands of Vice,” shared Anne.
