Are We Getting A New John Ambrose McClaren For ‘To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before’ Sequel?

The news is out: ‘To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before‘ sequel is on its way to Netflix!

Jenny Han, the genius behind the YA romance novel and Netflix film To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, confirmed on Twitter that the most-awaited sequel is on its way to Netflix.

In a video announcement with Lara Jean (Lana Condor) herself and Peter K. (Noah Centineo), we first see Lana making a quick list of Christmas presents for her TATBILB family. Later, she reveals the secret. However, at the end of the video announcement, Lana Condor says, “you’re gonna make the perfect John Ambrose!” and it got us asking: are we getting a new John Ambrose McClaren?!

We all clearly remember seeing John Ambrose McClaren showing up at the Covey’s door at the end of the film right?

He’s the all charming, confident, dapper guy played out by Jordan Burtchett. However, rumor has it that Riverdale’s Jughead, Cole Sprouse might take the role as John Ambrose McClaren for the sequel.

The rumors sparked after a Cole Sprouse fake Facebook account posted a poorly-edited photoset of the cast with him in it.

Fans took to Twitter their opinion on Cole Sprouse’s rumored role in the most-awaited sequel:
